Tween rock star Miley Cyrus also known as Hannah Montana, kicked off her "Best of Both Worlds" concert tour in St. Louis, MO on October 18th, 2007. The tour, which will hit 54 cities, ending in Albany , NY on January 9th 2008, is currently performing to packed arena's in Northern California .
